We perform a “courtesy” check only in regard to coverage which attempts to provide an overview of covered/contracted services.

Your total cost of services will depend upon your individual circumstances, and the type and amount of services that are provided to you. There may be additional items or services that may be recommended as part of your care that must be scheduled or requested separately.

As example, the cost of the labs is determined by the lab carrier, and we cannot know how much your insurance plan will cover. In addition, it will not include the cost of any non-medical services you request from us such as completion of medical forms or other costs which are included in our financial policies that you have control over.
